The Acc06/73 instalment includes drafts of Johnson's The library of John Oxley, Esq.; an article, "John Oxley's journey to Lake Bathurst and Lake George"; correspondence relating to Johnson's involvement in a project to erect a monument to Oxley in Canoundra; research material on Oxley and the history of surveying in Australia and his journey in the Coonabarabran district in 1818; and, papers and maps relating to Aboriginal languages. In addition, index cards of Australian place names.
