|aThe MS 2802 collection consists primarily of subject files assembled by Fraser's Electorate Office between 1951 and 1970. The files are arranged alphabetically and include correspondence relating to constituent matters, speeches, transcripts of radio and television broadcasts, photographs, press clippings and other printed matter. There is also a series of speeches and articles written by Fraser when he worked for Senator Nicholas McKenna. Another series includes various documents relating to events within the ACT Branch of the Australian Labor Party prior to the 1969 general election and to the pre-selection ballots of 1968 and 1969. The general election of 1969, in which Fraser received a record vote, is documented in a further series. The final series contains tributes to Fraser following his death on 1 April, 1970 received by Mrs Helen Fraser and their son Andrew. |

|aThe Acc08/11 instalment comprises a folder of inward and outward correspondence of Fraser, largely with his constituents when a member of Parliament. The folder is titled by Fraser, "Personal 1969 (2) & part of 1970". The correspondence comprises thank you letters for Fraser's assistance, letters of congratulations on his pre-selection in the 1969 election, get-well wishes, expressions of regret at his decision to retire from politics and Fraser's replies to many of these. |
