[451]-483) has special t.p. and includes: A supplication made to the Councell by Master Walter Travers; The answere ... to a supplication preferred by Mr. Walter Travers; A learned discourse of justification, workes and how the foundation of faith is overthrowne: and Five learned sermons; each (except the Supplication) with special t.p.

Contemporary calf binding.

Two fragments from a medieval document on vellum; stitched into inside front and back covers; appear to be from a single folio; possibly in a medium grade secretary cursive script.
