MS 8022 comprises 64 letters to Fullwood, 1902-1930, including ten letters from Kineton Parkes who managed Fullwood's affairs in London in the 1920s. Other correspondents include Tom Roberts, Frederick McCubbin, Julian Ashton and Hardy Wilson. The collection also includes copies of some letters written to Geoffrey Fullwood after the death of his father in 1930 and a copy of his father's last will and testament. There is also a bound volume containing a long illustrated letter titled "Sketching tour through New England, N.S. Wales". Although undated, this letter would have been produced in the late 1880s in connection with Fullwood's work on the Picturesque atlas of Australasia (1 folder, 1 fol. box).

Artist. Albert Henry Fullwood was a painter and illustrator and one of the artists who worked on the Picturesque atlas of Australasia (1888). Between 1900 and 1920 he lived overseas. As an official AIF artist during the First World War he painted scenes of the Western Front for the Australian War Memorial. He was co-founder of the Australian Painter-Etchers' Society with John Shirlow in 1920. Further biographical information at http://trove.nla.gov.au/people/628519
