The biography is entitled "From Gallipoli to Lamington: the life story of Captain Reginald Haslem (Rex) Boyden". It describes Rex Boyden's career in the aviation industry. He worked in New Guinea in the early 1930s and later that year, after returning to Australia, he joined the airline of Sir Kingsford-Smith. Rex Boyden died in a plane crash (the Stinson aircraft) in the McPherson Ranges in 1937.
