Library's SR1 copy has the bookplate of the Missouri Historical Society with its stamp and is signed by Walter B. Douglas Spot. Spine title: Cook's voyages.

Library's SR2 copy (EAP) includes two handwritten essays (180, 31 p.) entitled: Introduction; and, Notes to the proceeding Introduction, tipped in between the dedication and contents. In full leather with spine title: Cook's voyage 1776 &c.
