| Summary |
Honourable Justice Alan Goldberg, judge, talks about his family background, observance of Jewish traditions, school and university life. After being awarded a Fulbright travel scholarship and a scholarship to Yale University, he went to Yale University in 1963 for a year and he discusses the teaching staff and his experiences at Yale. Goldberg discusses his early working life. By the early 70's he was specialising in equity commercial company work. He then talks about particular cases that he was involved in, his appointment to the Federal Court and changes that he has seen made to the law since he began practising.
