Hobbler speaks about his early childhood with his mother at Mona Mona Seventh Day Adventist Mission, near Kuranda, Qld. and about being removed to the Mission dormitories at the age of 7. He describes the harsh living conditions in the dormitories, which only improved when the older missionaries were replaced. Hobbler also speaks about his working life. His wife Marita Hobbler, also removed as a child, speaks about their association as children at Mona Mona and about her experiences.
