Member of the Legislative Assembly, N.S.W., 1882-1884, 1889-1894. Member of the House of Representatives for Parkes, 1901-1919.

Notes

Condition: Fair; irregular watermark extending from lower to upper edge, right third of image.

Inscription: "Federal Election - Parkes Electorate. Dear Madame, I should be exceedingly obliged if you would do me the honour to attend one or other of the following meetings, specially called for the Women Voters of Parkes, to afford me an opportunity to explain my views on current political questions.
