Library's FRM F1130 (FC) copy is untrimmed, as issued in original boards; both volumes inscribed in ink B.J.W. Sampson; pencil note tipped into volume 1 indicates that Ferguson purchased from Mr Sampson of Lindfield and was originally owned by W.M. Wark of "The Ridge"; both volumes bear the armorial bookplate of George Wilbraham ('In portus quies'); Angus & Robertson bookseller's description from September 1921 catalogue (item 37) pasted in.
