Copy A contains the Petherick Collection stamp and a bookplate; It is inscribed on T.p.: Sam White.

Main copy has a folded map inserted after preliminaries. The map is a reproduction by the Autotype Company from the copy in the British Museum, the original being very rare. The volumes are in excellant preservation, bound in full crushed levant, full gilt edges.
