Limited edition of 328 copies on paper and 25 on vellum. The paper copies were bound in limp orange vellum with silk ties by W.H. Smith & Son, and the vellum ones in dull rose morocco, with gilt lettered spine and cover, by W.H. Smith.

"Printed by C.H. St J. Hornby at the Ashendene Press, Shelley House, Chelsea, with the help of H. Gage-Cole, Pressman, and A.J. Fisk, Compositor ..."--Colophon.

Chapter-headings and shoulder-notes printed in red. The initial letters in colour are by the hands of Graily Hewitt & his assistants.
