Papers assembled by Kevin Ryan during research work for his Master's thesis on Frank Brennan, Attorney General in the Scullin Government, 1929 to 1931 and ALP member for Batman, 1911-1931 and 1934-1949 in the House of Representatives. The papers consist of the thesis, "Frank Brennan, a political biography," notes of interviews, copies of press cuttings, photographs, research work, and photocopies of all Brennan's speeches in the House of Representatives.
