Summary

This collection describes and illustrate safety hazards and correct safety practice, (covering aspects of lifting, toxic chemicals, cramped or inappropriate working conditions, screen-based equipment, safety suits and safety signs and workers) produced from diverse workplaces across Melbourne, to be used for promotional use in training manuals, brochures and posters for distribution in the workplace. This collection also includes AMFSU Mass meeting at Vickers Ruwolt, July 1984 and the interiors of the Victorian rail laundry. The series was also used as publicity for an occupational health and safety training film directed by Kim Dalton for the Trades Hall.
