Summary

This online exhibition developed from two sources: an exhibition, Dance people dance, that opened in the National Library of Australia's exhibition gallery in May 1997, and that then toured Australia with the assistance of a Visions of Australia grant until 1999; and an education kit for teachers that was an essential part of the touring exhibition. The original exhibition was curated by Michelle Potter, the education kit was compiled by Michelle Hetherington, and this online exhibition has been reshaped by Michelle Potter and Nicholas Henderson.
