Summary

The collection includes the work of J. H. Harvey, Charles H. Kerry and J. Rowe and other photographers. The Harvey works of the Yarrangobilly and Jenolan Caves include some of the first works with celluloid roll film. The Kerry works include scenes of the Yarrangobilly and Wombeyan Caves, the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury River, waterfronts, beaches and cliffs around Sydney, the Botanical Gardens and the Snowy Mountains. The works by J. Rowe consist of the Jenolan Caves taken between 1896 and 1897.
