Jill McCulloch, born 1947 in Melbourne, Vic., talks about her early life; moving to Tasmania; starting a Wilderness Shop; the Franklin Campaign; her role in the campaign; the chronological sequence of events of the Franklin Campaign; the organisation of rallies; the professionalism in managing protest campaigns; using non-violent action as a technique; the acquisition of a building for the Tasmanian Wilderness Society; the formation of the Tasmanian Wilderness Society; playing music through the 1990's; her role in archiving the Wilderness Society history; the structure of the Wilderness Society; development of the national body of the society.
