- Summary:
-
Folkloric recording. Elements of an old time community concert held in the municipal park, capturing a dying cultural event. The recordings are of a local brass band, whose members are mostly in their 70's and the local Scottish pipe band whose members are younger. The brass band, which is having trouble attracting younger players, adheres to the old military brass band style music.
