Edgar Penzig spent his early years as a racing motor bike enthusiast. He then joined Sydney New Theatre and became an accomplished actor. His books are now in all major State and Federal Libraries and his lecture tours and travelling theatre have achieved a legendary status. He is an expert on early Australian weaponry and is in great demand by film and television producers for his advice on authenticity of props, weapons and social mores. He now lives in Tasmania.
