| Summary |
A colour poster designed to further awareness about how people can catch scabies from dogs in Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. The poster reproduces a dot-style painting by Indienous artist Riley Japaltjari Wililams which features three circles representing different communities, black and white foot prints, dog prints and scabies mites. Pale purple panels across the top and down the right side of the poster contain title information and a few paragraphs of explanatory text by the artist. Northern Territory Government and NT Department of Health and Community Services logos shown at lower right corner.

Explanatory text at right side of poster: "This painting tells of how sick dogs spread disease to people. Dogs with scabies spread them by sleeping on blankets or lying around the house or when people pat them. To stop skin infections, people need to keep dogs outside, keep them healthy by using dog wash, and washing hands after touching dogs...."
