This is a facsimile edition of the so-called Atlas Amsterdam, or, Atlas de Graaf. This unique manuscript atlas of 187 maps covers all the settlements and territorial possessions of the VOC in Asia and Africa between 1690 and ca. 1704 and was compiled by de Graaf for the exclusive use of the Company's Board of Directors, the Heren Zeventien.
