McCulloch speaks of her family background, her involvement in the early Women's Liberation Movement, her involvement in the Women's Electoral Lobby teaching her the political process and the need to know people within the system, her position as Women's Advisor to the South Australian Premier from 1976-1979 and her achievements such as a Women's Information Switchboard and law reform on rape in marriage, her view of the urban hippie lifestyle, FEM Enterprises, how she applied the principles of the Tao de Ching to her activism, her involvement in the 1980s with the prostitution law reform campaign, her stand on racism much of which was based on Georgina Williams' case against the South Australian Equal Opportunity Commission, her involvement with Australians for Native Title and Reconciliation (ANTAR), her experience of personal growth and its relation to activism, racism in the 1990s, the stand of the Women's Electoral Lobby on domestic violence and rape law reform, her involvement with the Multicultural Communities Council, brief reflection on the impact of feminism on today's society.
