- Summary:
-
This discussion paper provides a general overview of the approach to monitoring and evaluation - the input to impact chain - and the implications of this model for CRC assessment. An advantage of this framework is that it can be adapted to allow for different types of impact, and so can be used across CRCs in all six sectors. Section three of this paper outlines some of the different measurement approaches which may suit the different likely benefit channels appropriate to CRCs in these sectors.
