Sermon by Friar Antonio de Sousa for the Inquisition's auto-da-fe of May 5, 1642 at Lisbon, including a condemnation of Judaizers. The sermon notably denounces increased Jewish influence at all levels of society, including the Church, the educated and the nobility (see leaves 12-13) ; amongst those condemned at this auto-da-fe was Antonio Homem, deacon and professor of canon law at Coimbra University, who had officiated in a secret synagogue in Coimbra.
