Summary

Copy of earliest pipe roll extant. Gives returns for Staffordshire and Gloucestershire. At head of the manuscript: Statfordscira et Gloecestrescira. First two lines read: Milo de Gloecestra reddit Compotum de IXXVIII libris et XIII solidis et X denariis blancis de veteri firma Statfordscire. In thesauro liberavit Et Quietus est./Et idem de Nova firma. In thesauro .c et XX libras blancas. The manuscript consists of a heading and 14 lines.
