The bulk of the collection deals with Dr Isaac's works, consisting of research notes and draft manuscripts. Some of the manuscripts were passed to colleagues prior to publication and are annotated with suggestions. The four major works written by Dr Isaacs are included in the collection. These are: "Greek children in Sydney" (1976), "The Greek community in Sydney" (1981), "Greek children at school and after" (1981), and "Social history of Greek professionals in New South Wales" (unpublished). Conference papers writen by Dr Isaacs are also present, as are materials produced by other academics and used in her research. The work of Dr Isaacs with the Department of Education is documented in the collection by handwritten notes and typescripts created during the period 1962-1973. Her roles as a member of the Councils of both the Wenona School, a private girls' school in Sydney (1972-1982) and the Mitchell College of Advanced Education (1980-1982) are also documented by meeting agendas and memorandas, correspondence and handwritten notes.

Psychologist and educationalist who wrote on immigration, the social problems associated with settling in Australia and race relations with regards to Greek immigrants and their children. Dr Isaacs was a member of the Councils of Wenona School and Mitchell College of Advanced Education. She was a member of both the British and Australian Psychological Societies.
