- Target 168, run by the Sticky Institute in Melbourne, is an annual zine making challenge where participants are given 168 hours (1 week) to make a zine which incorporates a set theme and includes proof that the zine has been made in the week allocated. In 2011, participants had to create a zine based on a country participating in the Eurovision Song Contest for that year, during the week 14-20 May 2011.
