An artist's book with the text written in pencil and a woodcut illustration printed in black ink on light orange Japanese tissue. On his website, the artist writes, "Moving from Braidwood back to my hometown Goulburn I found a dead crow on the side of the road, stripped of its flesh and dried in the sun, I took it with me." A haiku style poem, "Dawn springs / autumn leaves / from old fatigue" is accompanied by a graphic image of the crow.
