An artist's book with the text written in pencil, illustrated with woodcut and colour monotype images of pigeons and a city skyline. The text relates how the artist first began to closely observe a male pigeon unsuccessfully cooing for a lover after he moved to Fitzroy, Melbourne. According to the artist's website, the images were created after the artist met a girl, watched pigeons from her balcony, and travelled with her to Goulburn, Toronto, New York and London, where he drew more pigeons in each of these cities.
