The board game depicts some traditionary scenary with a hint of civilization influenced by foreign countries. Each segment of the game also includes Japanese poems.The title of the print indecates this game sheet is about the introduction of telegraphic transfer system using Morse Code. The technoogy was introduced into Japan when Perry Commodore went to Japan for the second time in 1854 and he presented the telegraphic machine to the government as a gift from the US President.
