Includes letter from Robert Smallwood to the Federal Music Library, dated 25 August 1993, enclosinjg a set of instrument parts to the work and new copies of pages 2, 8 and 13 of the full score and suggesting these be pasted into Isaiah Jackson's score when he arrives. It is annotated that this was done, 12/10/93. Also includes a fax from the composer commenting on an ABC recording of the work.
