Wilson speaks about her mother who had been removed as a child to Koonibba Lutheran Mission, S. Aust. Wilson herself, was removed at the age of 4 months to St. Mary's Mission of Hope in Halifax Street, Adelaide. At the age of 8, she was placed with a foster family. She was later moved to Colebrook United Aborigines Mission Home. Wilson describes the living conditions at the Home, and speaks about her reunion with her mother.
