Summary

Kenneth Rowell talks about his designs for Peggy van Praagh's production of The Sleeping Beauty for the Australian Ballet. In the course of the discussion he talks about the history of the ballet and the materials used for his set. He then goes on to speak more generally about his career as a painter outside the theatre and his attraction to the theatrical environment.
