Summary

Louise Walker talks about being a student of Margaret Barr and later becoming a teacher herself using Barr's technique. She discusses classes at Glebe Studio, the Conservatorium and students from NIDA. She speaks about work with New Theatre and NSW Science Block Theatre with reference to the works 'Strange Children', 'Mexico' and 'Rites of Spring' and individuals such as Coralie Hinkley, Robert Allnutt and Silver Harris. She then reflects on the teaching style and personality of Margaret Barr.
