Major General Sir William Dudley Refshauge, AC, CBE, ED, FRSH (3 April 1913 – 27 May 2009) was an Australian soldier and public health administrator. He was Honorary Physician to Queen Elizabeth II (1955-64), Director-General of the Commonwealth Department of Health (1960-73), and Secretary-General of the World Medical Association (1973-76).
