- This third issue has a different cover signed E. Purcell. The front cover has a central panel with the long series title; title; edited by Thomas Teller. Around it is an ill. of a house with boys and girls reading, playing, one window, one door and a man sitting outside the window with children on his lap. The back cover duplicates the front ill. with the central panel entitled: A series of beautiful juvenile books, uniform with this work edited by Thomas Teller. Beneath is a list of 20 titles. The panel ends with: New tales constantly adding to the above.
