The collection comprises family correspondence; a photograph and newspaper cuttings re the Davis Cup of 1953; typescript notes and new items; briefs, judgements, and photographs used as court exhibits in cases concerning the N.S.W. Commissioner for Railways; material re proposed amendments to the Law of Evidence; a notebook containing Equity Practice Lectures, 1911; a pad of notes; a portrait; a letter re the entry of a Miss E.A. Kerr into the Ministry; and two draft letters of appreciation to Reverend Gordon Powell and Reverend George Nesbitt.

Bryan Fuller was educated at Scotch College and the University of Sydney. He was admitted to the N.S.W. Bar Association in 1936, lectured in law at Sydney University, and held senior positions with the N.S.W. Lawn Tennis Association, the Presbyterian Church, and St. Andrew's College, University of Sydney.
