Checking your requests

It takes time for us to retrieve your request: learn more about the Library's collection delivery service

Once logged in, your "Requests" page lists items requested, available for collection, and recent historic requests (going back approximately one week). Click the "Requests" link near the top right corner of the page to access this information:

-

For quick reference, the site also displays request summary information on every page, just below the "Requests" link:

-

The requests summary page lets you quickly see which requests are currently being processed, which items are available for collection, as well as requests made during the previous week:

-

The pickup location is clearly listed, along with an area for any notes Library staff may have entered regarding your request. For any item in these lists, click the title to visit the record display page.
