Summary

Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser is on his way to Paris for trade talks with the EEC against a background of worsening relations over agriicultural products. Given European intransigence, Fraser might find that tilting at agricultural windmills may be more productive if he uses uranium as a retaliatory weapon.--Information provided by Geoff Pryor.
