Summary

"Brown-skinned Vera Schwebel was, according to a friend of Indian descent; another source said of Afghan and Aboriginal. She is married to a man of Germanic origin. A good accordionist, she is even better as a singer and belted out a very lively version of Paddy mcGinnty's Goat. Vera was born in 1902."--Typed on card enclosed with photograph.
