National Library of Australia's FRM F24 (FC) copy is half bound in calf with four raised bands, gilt lettering, edges dyed brown, marbled boards and end papers; cancelled stamp of Astor Library New York with note pencil "obtained from New York Public Library by exchange" pasted inside front cover.

National Library of Australia's FRM F24 copy rebound in half leather and blue boards; bears armorial bookplate which reads "Forte Scutum Salus Ducum" [A Strong Shield is the Salvation of Leaders], possibly of Earl Fortescue.
