Summary

MS 2976/1-5 : field books containing notes on mythology of the aborigines of the Northern Territory, 1946-1954. 5 vol. MS 2976/6-12 : letters from such as John Bray, Alec, Derwent Hope, John Bligh, Robert Fitz Gerald, Norman Talbot, Albert Keesing, Ian Mudie, and Dorothy Green. MS 2976/13-15 : 3 volumes of field notes of mythology 1948-1961. Annotated typescripts of "The story of the Aborigines" and aboriginal poems collected by Robinson, both presented to the National Library by John Heyer.
