Summary

Photographs of performances of: Le mariage d'Aurore, Coppelia, Les sylphides, Cendrillon, Francesca da Rimini, Lutte eternelle, Paganini, Les cent baisers. Most have dated inscriptions on reverse naming the performers: Tamara Toumanova, Paul Petroff, Tatiana Riabouchinska, Sviatoslav Toumine, Michel Panaieff, Roman Jasinsky, Tamara Gregorieva, Mme. Lubov Tchernicheva, Igor Schwezoff, Nina Verchinina, Dimitri Rostoff. The company is the Original Ballet Russe, the third of the three Ballets Russes companies which toured Australasia between 1936 and 1940. Probably the photographs were taken by Colin Ferguson.
