Hartney Arthur was born Dec. 29, 1917 and was involved in the Australian film industry, in particular the production of For the Term of His Natural Life, Yank in Australia, and Red Sky at Morning and at various times worked for Austral-American Productions and Tatler Theatre, Sydney. By 1970 he was operating as a theatrical agent in New York.
