Webb (1878-1936) South Australian Railways Commissioner 1922-1930; political, economic and social biography". Also includes a commemorative menu-programme and a pamphlet advertising the book.

Biography/History

Dr R. Jennings held subordinate positions in the South Australian Railways before studying to become a medical doctor. His first published work was about W. A. Webb.
