J. Whitely is the editor. He identifies "Frank the Poet" as Frank Goddard; but "Frank the Poet" has since been identifed as Francis MacNamara (1811-1861), and the poem has also appeared as A Convict's Tour to Hell. The publication is signed and dated Sydney, 1885 but A Tour of Hell is attributed to the Cumberland Times, December 27, 1900.
