Born into a family of activists, both parents being involved in the Communist Party of Australia Jenny Loughlin talks of her parent's political activities; their role in the 1950s folk revival; the formation of the Bush Music Club and the original Bushwhackers Band; her involvement in the formation of the students union and demonstrations about the Vietnam war and Indigenous issues.
