A letter and poem by Walter Roberts is included. Specimen envelope and Christmas card. Horoscope of Toby Julian Asthon Geering (Quinton's grandson). Two photographs of the Peacock Cafe and its "habitues", Andrew Pearce, Walter Roberts, Morris Sugden, Vladimir Daskal, Rosemary Wheeler, 1948 and 1942. Two press cuttings on people referred to in the letters, Reverend T.S. Volans and Miss E.M. Barraud. Three items relating to Frederick Brittain (memorial service sheet, press cutting, extract from his book It's a don's life).
