Library's NK683 copy in custom made Baynton box which bears the bookplate of Rex de C. Nan Kivell (no. 1803/2); volume bears the book label of the Officers' Garrison Library, Halifax; inscribed in ink on the title page; also stamped Corfu Garrison Library.

Library's NK3417 copy half bound in black leather with faux bois marbled boards and end papers; marbled edges; bears the bookplate of Rex de C. Nan Kivell (no. 1803/5).

Library's GMM copy has booksellers descriptions pasted in; is signed Gregory M. Mathews with his ex-libris bookplate pasted in; stamped B2814.
