The Address of the Archbishop of Canterbury on the Poetry of Gordon," 8 pages, bound in preceding the title page of the main work; it has a dust jacket. The HHP copy (blue cloth) is a variant reissue with the additional material but no publisher's catalogue; it lacks its free front end paper.
